1. Using Neruvi
Neruvi is operated by Bruno Pina. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Contact hello@neruvi.app with questions.
2. Travel coordination
Neruvi helps people discover compatible travel intentions, request mutual introductions and coordinate in small groups. It does not operate transport, dispatch drivers, issue transport tickets or set transport prices. Suggested matches are not guarantees of availability, suitability, identity or a completed journey.
You choose whether to accept an introduction, share details or join a plan. You are responsible for checking transport providers, making bookings, agreeing any costs, holding required travel documents and complying with applicable laws. Any agreement with another traveller or provider is your own.
3. Respectful behaviour
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate another person, commit fraud, solicit unlawful activity, misuse personal information or attempt to bypass access controls. Respect another person's decision to decline, leave or stop communicating. Do not use Neruvi to advertise a commercial transport service without authorization.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for the information and messages you submit. Provide only content you have the right to share. You give Neruvi permission to store, process and show that content as needed to provide the features you use and to handle safety reports. This does not transfer ownership of your content.
5. Safety and moderation
Read our safety guide, use public meeting places and exercise your own judgment. You can block or report concerns through the app. We may restrict or close access when necessary to investigate misuse, protect participants or enforce these terms. Neruvi does not provide emergency assistance.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change, experience interruptions or be unavailable. We work to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that compatible travellers will be available. Material changes to these terms will be communicated where appropriate.
7. Account closure and privacy
You can stop using Neruvi and request account deletion. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled and why limited safety or audit evidence may remain after account closure.
8. Responsibility and your legal rights
You are responsible for your travel decisions and dealings with other people. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Neruvi is not responsible for independently arranged transport or another participant's conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to negligence, fraud or mandatory protections.
9. Resolving a concern
Please contact hello@neruvi.app so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not remove your right to use applicable consumer remedies or bring a claim before a competent court.
