General and account support

Email hello@neruvi.app. Include a short description of the issue and the email you use for Neruvi. Never send your password, payment details or identity documents in an initial support email.

Privacy and data requests

Use the subject “Neruvi privacy request” and tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion or another privacy action. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you. Read the privacy policy for details.

Delete your account

You can request deletion from Account when signed in, or by email if you cannot access your account. Our account-deletion page explains both routes and what happens to your data.

Report unsafe behaviour

Use the in-app report controls when possible, so the concern is linked to the relevant introduction or message. If you cannot access those controls, contact us with a description. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal details about others.

Security concerns

Report suspected security vulnerabilities privately to security@neruvi.app. Include enough information to reproduce the issue without accessing other people's accounts or data.
