What is Neruvi?
Neruvi is a travel coordination app for adults aged 18 and over. It helps flexible travellers find people with compatible directions and time windows, request mutual introductions, and coordinate a practical journey together.
How does Neruvi match travellers?
You create a travel intention with a broad origin, direction, time window and coordination preferences. Neruvi looks for compatible intentions and explains why they may fit. A suggested match does not guarantee that someone is available or that a journey will happen.
Does Neruvi book transport or provide drivers?
No. Neruvi coordinates introductions and travel plans. It does not dispatch drivers, sell transport tickets, set transport prices or operate a transport service. Travellers make their own arrangements with the relevant provider.
Is my exact location shown to other people?
Neruvi uses broad travel areas for matching rather than a public live-location map. Other travellers do not get your precise location automatically. Only share meeting details when you are comfortable, and avoid posting sensitive information in messages.
What is a travel pod?
A pod is a small coordination group for travellers working on a shared plan. Accepted members can discuss practical details such as a train, bus, transfer or shared rental. Membership and access depend on the pod's current state.
Can I decline an introduction or leave a group?
Yes. Introductions require mutual acceptance. You can decline an introduction, leave a pod, block a person or report a concern through the relevant app controls. You decide whether to continue a plan.
Who can use Neruvi?
Neruvi is for adults aged 18 and over. A confirmed email, confirmed phone number and adult declaration are required before coordination is enabled. It is designed for flexible travellers who want to coordinate with others moving in a similar direction. Matching depends on the travel intentions available at the time.
How do I delete my Neruvi account?
Sign in, open Account, find Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. If you cannot sign in, email hello@neruvi.app from your account email with the subject Neruvi account deletion. Limited safety and audit evidence may be retained where necessary; see the privacy policy.
