A different starting point

Most travel products begin with inventory: a seat, a room, a vehicle or a timetable. Neruvi begins with something earlier — a person saying where they are broadly heading and when they have flexibility.

That matters because Neruvi is not trying to become another transport operator. It is designed to help adults discover compatible travel intentions, decide whether they want an introduction, and coordinate the practical journey themselves.

What Neruvi does

A traveller can create an intention with a broad origin, destination and time window. Neruvi can surface compatible intentions and explain why they may fit.

If both people choose to connect, they can discuss the journey. Small groups can coordinate in a travel pod where appropriate.

  • Match broad travel intentions rather than dispatch vehicles.
  • Require mutual choice before a conversation begins.
  • Support practical coordination without taking control of the trip.
  • Keep transport arrangements with the travellers and relevant providers.

What Neruvi does not do

Neruvi does not dispatch drivers, sell transport tickets, set transport prices or guarantee that a journey will happen. A match is a coordination opportunity, not a transport contract.

That boundary keeps the product honest about its role and gives travellers room to decide what arrangement, if any, works for them.

Why the distinction matters

Trust improves when a product is precise about what it is. Neruvi should never imply that a suggested match is vetted transport, that another person is guaranteed to behave safely, or that a travel plan is confirmed simply because two intentions overlap.

The product can help create common ground. The travellers still choose the journey.
