CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Child safety standards

Neruvi is an adults-only service. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation and act on reports involving child safety.

Adults only

Neruvi is intended only for people aged 18 and over. Minors are not permitted to create or use Neruvi accounts.

Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Neruvi prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, sextortion involving minors, trafficking or solicitation involving minors, and any attempt to use Neruvi to facilitate harm to a child.

Users must not upload, send, request, link to, describe for sexual purposes, or otherwise distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers a minor.

Reporting

Users can report unsafe behaviour and messages through Neruvi's in-app reporting controls. If those controls are unavailable, a child-safety concern can be reported to hello@neruvi.app. Do not send or forward suspected CSAM by email. Provide only the information needed to identify the account, conversation or incident.

How Neruvi responds

We review child-safety reports and may restrict, suspend or remove accounts and content when our standards are violated. We preserve relevant evidence where appropriate for safety, security, legal or investigation purposes.

Where required by applicable law, Neruvi reports apparent CSAM or other child-safety offences to the appropriate regional or national authorities, designated reporting bodies, or law-enforcement agencies, and cooperates with lawful investigations.

Contact

The designated Neruvi contact for child-safety questions and compliance is hello@neruvi.app.
